Healthy Options is looking for an Bakery Dispatcher/Admin for their new commissary bakery:
Responsibilities
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Data encoding and report generation
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Anticipate needed supplies and raw materials
- Order placement for supplies
- Verification on receiving supplies
- Assist in Gluten-Free Lab and Artisan Bakery
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Relevant/Similar work experience in Stock Management, Inventory and Encoding
- Must know how to deal and negotiate with suppliers, knowledgeable with product sourcing including raw materials
- Advanced computer skills. He/She will be trained to use our inventory management system and assist the chefs with all documentation
- Should have a background with basic accounting, for invoice processing
- Must be able to communicate and understand English
- Basic knowledge with food, bakery and pastry processing is an advantage
- Must have HACCP and Food Safety understanding
- Knowledgeable in MS Applications (MS Word, Excel)
- Non-smoker
