Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Brand and Marketing team of Healthy Options is currently looking for a Marketing Associate who has experience in E-Commerce.
She will mainly be in charge of assisting all transactions on the Christmas online store website.
Responsibilities:
- Steward of the brand that supports the brand vision at all times
- Transacts all purchases from the e-commerce site on required programs
- Manages e-commerce inventory, stock transfers, including completion of necessary transfer documentation
- Liaises with internal and external suppliers to prepare orders
- Ensures 100% fulfillment of all orders
- Process customer order shipments quickly and proficiently, count and verify that all packages in each delivery match shipping receipts
- Ensures data integrity with regards to the handling of items and processing of sales transactions
- Assist in CRM by answering clients' queries on social media (Facebook, Instragram) and customer service email
- Assist in tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Brand and Marketing team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in e-commerce and customer relations is a plus.
- Experience in market research or loyalty programs is a plus.
- Proficient in basic business software applications.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Problem Solver.
- Grace is under pressure.
- Non-smoker
