Inventory Assistant  

Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Inventory Supervisor is to ensure correct documentation of all stock movements in the warehouse to company owned stores and consignment accounts. Also, responsible in reconciliation of all inventory discrepancies and in conducting scheduled inventory count.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory movement of the company. Identify and resolves variance, and potential variances, to achieve an accurate inventory count and protect company assets
• Maintains, develops and implements inventory control procedure.
• Coordinate with Accounting for development of principles, reporting requirements and auditing programs relating to inventory control and accountability. Identify system/process failures by monitoring system error reports and taking necessary action to resolve.
• Conducts inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
• Coordinates and manages physical cycle counts.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies / Administration / management, Commerce, Economics.
• With at least 2 years working experience in related field.
• Must have knowledge in using computerized system such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar solutions
• Must have good analytical skills
• With leadership skills
