Accounting Manager  

The Accounting Manager is responsible to oversee and take charge in all aspect of day to day operations not limited to accounts receivables, payables and taxes related matters.​

• To supervise the over-all accounting system and provide monthly financial statements
• Manages Accounts Payable which includes AP disbursement which handles check disbursement, petty cash and BIR related matters
• Manage all month end and year end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll and General Ledger computer systems
• Monitor and manage aging status of accounts receivable
• Train and develop associates under the acounting department

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Must be Certified Public Accountant
• Must have a an experience in dealing with multinational companies tax requirements during sale (pez, zero rated)
• Must have solid experience in Accounts receivable, accounts payable and tax requirements
• Has the capacity to handle multiple companies and ensure these companiesare updated wih bir requirements/ reports
• Must have knowledge in accounting software
• Proficient in using MS Office especially Excel
• Must have administration skills
