Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Have an intimate knowledge of COPC and Six Sigma processes through training or experience.
- Proactively provide insight, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Manage projects, tasks, and systems utilizing project management methodology.
- Articulate system requirements and concepts to both business audiences and highly-technical individuals.
- Translate requirements into actionable reports.
- Perform various ad-hoc analyses, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction analysis, tenure and learning curve analysis, quality of service analysis, and contractual KPI driver analysis.
- Develop repeatable solutions and promote methodology best practices.
- Maintain existing reports and processes.
- Access, extract, and manipulate data from disparate data sources.
- Create, update, and revise dashboards, and other custom reports.
- Create and update reporting process documentations.
- Consult with end-users to help define analysis project requirements.
- Work independently and in conjunction with team members across the organization.
- Learn new reporting technologies and tools.
- Adhere to all data security rules and guidelines.
- Attend and provide proactive input at all relevant meetings with key client stakeholders.
- Serve as secondary owner to quality-related reports delivered by the BI Team.
- Closely work with the BI Manager for Quality on analysis projects.
