• Plan and execute new ideas for driving user acquisition and growth. They need to be original in their strategy, scalable and are expected to use fresh approaches.
• Think big and set strategy and goals with a deep understanding of our products and users
• Drive product launches, announcements, campaigns programs and initiatives
• Oversee channel optimization and efficiency
• Work closely with the product team to ensure that we are building seamless user acquisition funnels and retention mechanisms
• Effectively utilize data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their usage behaviors, including impacts of current marketing strategies.
• Determine the proper metrics for tracking current and future experiments.
• Use existing systems and develop relevant dashboards that provide insights and visualization into customer and channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance.
• Implement and analyze A/B or multi-variate tests to provide in-depth insights and understand marketing drivers’ effects.

• Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing, brand management, advertising, and other related fields. You have delivered highly successful go-to-market, demand generation and growth strategies.
• Comfortable with CRM software.
• Proficient with multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., MixPanel, Tableau, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.)
• You have in-depth understanding of the company’s current products and value proposition.
• You’re able to hustle and have great attention to detail, time management, and people engagement.
• You’re able to rally people around projects and make decisions without significant supervision
• Able to run and iterate on highly effective automated email marketing campaigns.
• Extremely comfortable with data and can harness it effectively to generate insights on your own.
• You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth.
• You’re awesome at market research.
• You do whatever it takes to understand your market, customers and competition better than anyone, and you’re strong at integrating this information into your growth strategies.
• You’re biased toward action, are a great collaborator and are able to distill complex plans into clear and actionable tasks.
• You have a track record of driving highly effective product changes because you make users’ problems your own
• You’re able to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the task at hand done
