Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides consultation and offers professional advice to clients on necessary procedures.
- Responsible in maintaining the salon’s tidiness and cleanliness.
- Addresses client’s needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
- Walks the clients’ through waxing and/or IPL procedures to ensure mutual understanding regarding treatments.
- Builds rapport and establish good relationship with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Promotes and up-sells products, services and packages where necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be college level or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Nursing or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- High School Graduate with 1 yr. experience in Sales
- Must be Female and not more than 35 years of age.
- Must be enthusiastic, persevere and willing to be trained . With vibrant energy and aura, conversational and with high degree of professionalism.
- Must have pleasant personality and has the ability to communicate efficiently.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
