Internal Function

1. Product Audit- Focus on the product itself. This may be an inspection activity or an out of the box audit.
   • Warehouse Stock Inventory, Raw Materials and etc.
   • Marketing Assets
2. Department Audit
   • Accounts Payable and Receivables
   • Cash count for all stores
   • Accountabilities of all employees

Major Responsibilities

1. Frequent or on- going audit appointed by the company
   • Monitoring Operating Results
   • Verify Financial Results
   • Evaluate Internal Controls
   • Assist Management in increasing efficiency and effectiveness of business operations
   • Detect Fraud
   • Book keeping of Financial Statement
2. Auditor has to go through the following:
   • Purchases
   • Sales
   • Inventory
   • Cash Management
   • Review Internal Control

And, other tasks may be assigned by the management and immediate superior.

• Bachelor’s Degree on Accounting or something similar.
• At least two (2) years of experience.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills are needed of the members in order to communicate effectively.
• Time management skills are needed in order to meet deadlines, result- oriented.
• Can work under pressure.
• Integrity and Work Ethics.
