Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the delegation and supervision of formworks and responsibilities whilst promoting a safe working environment through the correct implementation of the Health & Safety Programs.
- Ensures direct labor and/or subcontract labor understand what is required of them, and have the materials and equipment readily available to carry out the work to the required quality standard within the timescale set.
- Supervises formwork giving clear instructions to subordinates and subcontractors, to ensure quality control and compliance of materials and workmanship.
- Responsible for identifying defects of workmanship against quality standards and arranging to take corrective action as appropriate.
- Preparation of Shop Drawings on site of structural details such as Steel reinforcement details.
- Responsible for formwork such as load assessment, analysis, executing, technical consulting and developing a variety of temporal work for concrete wall shuttering, slab and beam supports.
- From time to time, may be required by the Company to perform other tasks, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and, where necessary, training will be given.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years work experience
- Extensive knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Ability to produce formwork shop drawings
- Ability to use necessary software
- Worked for major formwork supply companies in the region (Construction Site Experience)
- Good communication skills both written & oral.
