Business Development & Marketing Associate  

The Business Development and Marketing Associate will be involved in the marketing projects of H.S. Pow Construction Development Corporation and Wellworth Properties and Development Corporation.

The duties and responsibilities will generally include the following:

• Assist the team in developing marketing and brand strategies
• Coordinate with various departments for implementation of marketing programs and activities
• Handle the digital marketing initiatives of the company
• Give inputs to marketing programs and campaigns
• Assist in consumer insights and market research projects
• Be involved in field work, planning, and corporate presentations
• Responsible for planning and executing assigned projects
• Ensure proper management of the marketing mix
• Identifies and develops strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.
• Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
• Maximizes profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products and services.
• Plans and implements sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets.

• Graduated from College (Marketing Degree)
• With 2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing and Business Development
• Computer Literate and familiar with MS Office
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Good Project Management and Analytical Skills
