Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The position will support the accounting supervisor and accounting manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting Department. The accounting clerk will focus on reconciliation of sales invoices and deposits.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of sales invoices and deposits from different stores
- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
- Assist in month end reporting procedures
- Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
- Track and audit petty cash
- Assist with employee expense reports
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related course
- With at least six-months work-related experience
- Proficient computer skills in MS Windows environment
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Highly accurate and attentive to details
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Knowledge in basic bookkeeping
