Digital Marketing Assistant  

The candidate will be trained to gain proficiency in different aspects of digital marketing. He/She will be expected to develop skills and acquire a thorough understanding of digital marketing, particularly search engine optimization.

The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively and must be a team player. The digital marketing assistant that we are looking for will be assigned clients from various industries and will be in contact with them from time to time. It is important for a candidate to possess a keen attention to details, excellent English communication, and writing skills as he/she will also be performing business correspondence tasks, development of monthly reports and other pertinent documents.

Digital Marketing Assistant Job Duties:

Candidate must be able to:

• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
• Manage and attend to client requests
• Develop documents, email templates needed for correspondence
• Perform digital marketing related tasks
• Exemplify good time management ability
• Meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work
• Develop project performance reports
• Exhibit knowledge in Digital Marketing
• Organize task schedules in accordance with client expectations
• Represent the company in meetings
• Collaborate effectively with SEO and Content team

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course (preferably Marketing-related);
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Keen attention to details;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written);
• Team player;
• Results driven;
• Responsible, organized, self-motivated and can manage time well

Preferred but Not Required

• Strong passion for Digital Media;
• Background in accounts management;
• Knowledge in using Adobe Photoshop;
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
