Deskripsi Pekerjaan
An Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for creating sales strategies and running a sales team of real estate property sellers.
This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity to work for a young entrepreneurial firm with a friendly and dynamic sales environment where you can earn an unlimited amount of income.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Achieving the monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts
- Generating leads and prospects to meet the parameters for quarterly sales production review
- Assisting the Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and training new sellers
- Conducting site viewing/tripping on a regular basis
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a graduate of any 2 or 4 year course
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales, performing similar tasks in a related industry
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong platform/presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in and lead a project team with a wide variety of individuals
