Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collect and encode lease status data
- Prepare monthly leasing reports (tenant sales and occupancy report)
- Prepares presentation materials for Opcom presentations
- Assist the lease officer in the preparation of lease offers, floor plans, and other documents for lease proposals
- Provides admin support by ensuring that all office equipment are operational, office supplies are available, and also by booking venues for dept meetings.

- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
