The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following:
- Develop and maintain the filing system.
- Process Accounts payable.
- Assist in various administrative works.
- Perform other related function as directed by immediate Supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience specializing in Finance or Administrative support.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Multitasking.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
