Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Liason between Sales Department and the President & General manager.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experienced as an executive assistant or secretarial position;
- Up to date with advancements in office gadgets & applications;
- With understanding in the functions fo Autocad and other software;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
