Senior Sales Associate | Call Center  

The primary duty of the Senior Sales Associate for Call Center (outbound) is to clearly define the tasks and requirements for the outbound sales to enable easier, faster, more efficient achievement of revenue and subscription objectives.

• Ensures sales organization has tools (scripts, offers, systems support, training) to execute the sales strategy and reach goals.
• Writes business requirements to enable toolset for primarily for sales and care agents.
• Documents project details with requirements and communicates their status to the organization.
• Prioritizes projects for call center support.
• Prepares and delivers a bi-weekly presentation on project status.
• Monitors status and completion of project – critically changing direction for next cycle/release.
• Makes recommendations for new projects.
• Responsible for ongoing digital survey projects that relate to customer behavior.
• Contact potential clients to activate account by phone
• Explain the services to customers within the Company's guidelines
• Provide information to customers and assistance on the Company's products
• Explain to clients the benefits of using the Company's platform
• Reply to client's inquiries by email or phone
• Helps the Manager to train and improve the performance of the Team in terms of achieving the Company objectives and goals.

• A graduate of any 4-year course;
• Outbound sales calling experience;
• 2-years experience specializing in Sales - Telesales;
• At least 2-years working in marketing communications;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
