Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Transmits/delivers documents, checks, contracts etc. to/from internal and/or external parties, including banks and government agencies, as authorized or instructed.
- Collects accounts receivables from customers as instructed or authorized.
- Delivers/picks-up documents and other items (e.g. contracts, items purchased or returned, etc.).
- Performs canvassing of prices of items to be purchased as instructed.
- Responsible in all bank transactions in coordination with accounting department
- Responsible in securing and submitting forms/pertinent documents to government agencies.
- Responsible in paying the company utility bills.
- Maintains office cleanliness.
- Supports the company’s drive towards the attainment of, and continual compliance with ISO certification by actively participating as a member of the ISO core committee.
- Responsible/accountable for all assets/equipments assigned to and/or used by him/her.
- Brings to superior’s attention immediately any incident, issue or problem which requires management attention/resolution.
- Follows all company policies and regulations, employee code of conduct, safety and security programs, etc.
- Performs other duties designated by his superior as necessary.
- Submit daily itinerary reports with status.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least College level
- Good working knowledge of road geography within Metro Manila and other areas
- Possesses a valid driver's license
- Physically fit and healthy
- Honest; High integrity: Good moral character
- With high degree of maturity to be able to handle confidential information discreetly
- Flexible in work hours; willing to render overtime when necessary
- Well-organized, meticulous/conscientious with details, and strict with meeting agreed deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills; can work effectively with people at all levels
