You are a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers. This role is integral to all our community engagement and content related efforts. You will be essential in communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way to today’s modern, hyper-connected, mobile first customers.

  • Work closely with Customer Experience and Marketing Teams on executing social media engagement strategies that are aligned with overall brand direction.
  • Monitor and analyze online sentiments across all social media platforms.
  • Respond to consumer comments, queries and issues in a timely and accurate manner, and within internally-set standards
  • Boost brand awareness and conversation in various online communities, ensures brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology/ social media trends

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Passionate about Grab’s social mission and making a positive impact in the community
  • Tech and social media savvy; familiar with the roles of various social media platforms
  • Familiar with social media trends
  • Able to identify potential issues and their implications to the business
  • Adept in execution, works fast, adapts quickly to changes in direction
  • Fluent in conversational English and Tagalog, excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • A ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations within the community
  • Self-starter with an ability to work independently, whilst also a team player
  • Pays attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience in a digital/ social media agency will be an advantage
