Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling the drivers operational, including driver performance
- Make sure the drivers pay the installment on time
- Control driver overdue, including doing car repossession
- Handle the problem issue from drivers, especially related on weekly payment
- Make relationship with the drivers, listening to their input and give drivers
- evaluation
- To make sure no fraud from drivers through good relationship and well communication
- with drivers
- Check the unit's existence, including physical survey to the drivers and check through system
- Manage the database for units Gold and accessories
- Help DLR Coordinator to handling the Gold drivers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2+ years related working experience in Finance company
- Have a driving license (SIM A)
- Experience in the collection and repossesion related
- Experience in the managing people
- Creative and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Strong customer focus & attention to detail
- Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills
- Excellent Collection skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Microsoft Excel skill
