Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle and manage in the Procurement process with professionalism.
- Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, and selection variety.
- Require to liaise, closely monitor and follow up with all purchasing activities including delivery schedules, to meet the required date.
- Conduct product pricing analysis from time to time and actively participate in pricing negotiations with vendors.
- Generate PO, follow up payments status with finance and payment issues
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree of any course.
- Advanced to expert skills in using Microsoft Office tools, specially MS Excel
- Experienced doing sourcing of different vendors, specific to the need of the client
- Done assessment and analysis of the logistics and can provide recommendations to the customer
- Experience with negotiation with different vendors
