For those who have a strong passion for dealing with people and a talent for selling people on new solutions, our Account Manager role is perfect.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing restaurant partnerships.
- Stay on top of our partners’ needs.
- Keep partners up-to-date on new product features and explain these through face-to-face visits.
- Jump on any day-to-day problems that may arise.
- Share insights and learnings with the rest of the team, aiming to continuously push BigDish forward.
- Maintain and enhance professional knowledge by:
- Taking part in trainings.
- Reviewing publications.
- Etablishing personal networks.
- Participating in professional societies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Loves establishing long-term relationships with people.
- Superb communication skills.
- Strong empathy and desire to answer to people’s needs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Intelligent, social, enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated.
- Should be comfortable working in a multi-cultural team.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: we’re a young company, so processes and strategy are not yet set in stone.
