BigDish' Executive Assistants are the backbone of the company. They ensure that BigDish operates smoothly and that its administration is clean as a whistle. If you are a structured thinker, work well in a team and want to work at a super fast growing startup, then this is the job for you. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
- Manages day-to-day operations of the office. This includes liaising with vendors and suppliers
- Takes on administrative duties which includes sorting files and organizing and collecting data
- Supports the sales team in qualifying and collecting leads
- Supports the company's executives in managing their day-to-day activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good working knowledge of records management and assessment
- A team player who can also work well on an individual level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective people's skills
- Able to sort, organize and select data/information
- Holds a college-level degree
