We are looking for a driven, proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our team in the United Kingdom. The role has a wide range of responsibilities, with a primary purpose allowing the smooth functioning of our operations on the ground. Fresh grads are also more than welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and uploading restaurant profiles into our database
- Providing solutions and support to our restaurant partners
- Assisting the business development team with maintaining data in their sales pipeline
- Communicating requirements and educating new sales staff on standard operating procedures
- Ad-hoc support project that come up, such as process improvement recommendations, establishing protocols and business travel coordination
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented
- Ability deliver on simultaneous projects in a time-efficient manner
- Be tech-savvy
- College-educated and/or relevant experience
- Fluent in English
