Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The intern will assist trainers who need help through E-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the TL's guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Working on the assigned tasks (by the OS Team Leader or QA) or processes.
- Assisting trainers who need help through E-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the TL's guidance.
- Filling out forms necessary to complete the process
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a College Student
- Must have basic Data Encoding skills (Office, Excel)
- Good English communication skills
- Must be Service-oriented
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
