Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, document, and implement changes in CRM configuration, Identity Provider system, Productivity tools (G Suite) and other SaaS applications
- Support worldwide teams using Salesforce.com with managing requests, including report creation and workflows management
- Analyze data and trends to perform business performance review and bring actionable insight to the sales teams and business leaders
- Develop and promote new initiatives and processes to ensure successful SaaS apps adoption
- Assist with sales onboarding and training
- Provide high quality support to internal customers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3yrs.+ relevant experience
- Must have experience in salesforce.com
- Experience in SaaS administration, sales operations, business intelligence or similar in a high growth environment
- Expert in spreadsheets and analysis
- Data-driven with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability and desire to learn new things
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in both a team and individually
