Marketing Coordinator  

Responsibilities

• Liaise with international marketing managers to improve Marketing Ops’ understanding of and offering to their local markets and needs
• Manage the internal marketing site, newsletter, dashboard, and inventory of latest materials to help international sales & marketing teams maximize central initiatives
• Respond to incoming marketing requests and deploy clear project briefs
• Track existing marketing projects to completion and develop reports on usage, efficacy, etc.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Manage general communications and activities with internal teams on behalf of Marketing Ops (e.g. onboarding new hires, ???, etc.)
• Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fields
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Exceptional research, organizational, communication (both oral and writing) and learning skills
• High proficiency in full Microsoft Office or Google suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident, excellent communicator, with a desire to always improve and grow
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency in a flexible and fast-paced environment
• Experience with B2B marketing and/or marketing agency is a plus
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Marketo, Google Analytics, Google My Business etc.) is a plus
• Must be willing to work in Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
