Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Operations Support Analyst will assist the trainers who need help through IM or e-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the Team Leader's guidance. He/She will also assist Learning Consultants, and learners worldwide.

Job Roles and Responsibility:

  • Working on the assigned tasks (by the Operations Support Team Leader) or processes
  • Assisting trainers who need help through IM, E-mail, or Calls, as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the TL's guidance.
  • Providing assistance to Learning Consultant teams and learners worldwide.
  • Filling out forms necessary to complete the process
  • Attending training given by Operations Support Team Leader
  • Being professional in handling department clients
  • Provide technical assistance for telecommunication apps used within the company, like Skype, Teams, Zoiper, etc.

Other responsibilities:

  • Attending meetings if necessary
  • Other tasks assigned by manager or Team Leader

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in Customer or Technical Service positions.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Open Office;
  • Must be process oriented and have keen attention to detail.
  • Must have very good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must be Internet savvy;
  • Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure;
  • Must have the ability to type fast;
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and on holiday (graveyard shift);
  • Must be willing to work in Eastwood City, QC;
  • Knowledge in Skype, Teams, Zoiper, and VPN apps is a plus;
