Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage, update and optimize our office network operations that include the network of 6 offices (3 in Europe, 2 in the Philippines, 1 in Mauritius) to ensure excellent network performance for internal and external customers, with the goal of expanding it to 5 additional offices within 2 years
- Assist in set up and maintenance of DNS, DHCP and WINS
- Deployment of global Information Security policies
- Collaboration with our Operations Support team which provides Level 1 support to all our users worldwide
- Creatively contribute to research and development to improve the functionality of systems
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Must have at least one (1) year experience in related field
- Must be knowledgeable in DNS, DHCP, and WINS (intermediate knowledge preferred)
- Must have an initial experience in configuration, design, and maintaining high speed networks
- Must have practical knowledge with firewalls, routers and switches deployment, configuration and updates
- Must be knowledgeable of SIP / VoIP and VPN”
- Must be a fast learner, able to understand complex requirements in a short period of time
- Can meet tight deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- Must have good communication skills (oral and written)
