Senior Scrum Master  

As a Senior Scrum Master at goFLUENT, you will support the development process of our B2B SaaS product, digital learning solution, that help millions of users to Accelerate Language Learning around the world.

You will not only assume the role of Senior Scrum Master, but also take on the responsibility of driving Agile thinking and coaching teams, worldwide, along the way. You will not only drive for success in your team, but also develop the Agile Program within the larger organization.

Core Responsibilities:

• Promote Agile values, principles and practices within the teams
• Drive and own responsibilities of Scrum Master for some of our most complex developments
• Schedule, manage and facilitate Scrum events
• Facilitate collaboration on a daily basis to remove impediments and reduce risk
• Grow Agile maturity within development team members as well as product owners, scaling best practices
• Foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the team
• Manage development team backlog, work prioritization, assignment, and tracking in Jira

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• 10+ years experience working directly with software development teams
• 5+ years experience working as a ScrumMaster across multiple cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of Agile values, principles, as well as Scrum framework
• Excellent communication, written and verbal

Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus):

• Expert level understanding of Jira administration
• Experience and knowledge of Kanban framework
• Knowledge of scaled Agile approaches
• Excellent facilitation, conflict mediation, and situational awareness skills
