Business Analyst  

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints
• Provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, design of new functionality, and product testing
• Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely
• Participate in project walkthroughs: business requirements gathering, design walkthrough, functional test plans, and implementation sessions
• Manage and maintain content management and control processes and tools
• Perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

• Must be a college graduate, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year of work experience as an IT Business Analyst/System Analyst
• Strong command of the English language in verbal and written communication

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word and Visio
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Experience working with Agile planning tools (i.e. Confluence)
