Kualifikasi Minimum
- A 4th-year student taking up IT, Computer Science or other related courses
- Basic knowledge of PC troubleshooting
- Familiarity with PC hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
