Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the operations of the finance department, including the designation of an organizational structure for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
- Proactively work with VP to prepare and issue policies, standard operating procedures and flowcharts to improve and add value to the business process and internal controls.
- Design a system architecture that maintain on disbursement, collection and reconciliation processes.
- Assist the annual budgeting, monitoring and controlling the company expenses.
- Maintain the billing system and perform payment reconciliation payment to partner/vendor/merchants.
- Manage outsourced functions team to support finance operationalisation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university with major in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm (Big 4 is preferable).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting and/or finance experience.
- Preference given to candidates that currently hold a similar position within a large established corporation.
- Bi-lingual Bahasa Indonesia and English.
