Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recruitment: To build a team of 10K agents engaging offline merchants.
- Development: To conduct training and development of the agents
- Duplication: To equip the agent leaders with the skills/tools to recruit and train new agents
- Sales: To identify and execute on initiatives to further enhance sales performance of agents
Kualifikasi Minimum

Have at least 4 years experience in sales or related areas

Bachelor or master degree in marketing, management, or any other related fields

Preferably having experience in similar role in an organization (i.e. large nationwide presence insurance company)

Experienced in a fast paced performance-driven environment (consulting, banking, highly successful startup)
