Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible in building your own team in the respective area to support one of the GO-JEK product's operational activities. Specifically, you will be in charge in:
- Ensuring the needs of partners (drivers/talents) are fulfilled through recruiting.
- Ensuring partners to have a proper training and able to operate an application.
- Ensuring all orders are done accordingly.
- Process improvement for overall operational activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Operations Management or engineering is preferrable.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in operations (from logistics industry is preferrable).
