Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducting training sessions about sales process and product knowledge
- Determines training needs by working closely with sales representatives in the respective region
- Evaluating training session in order to improve training effectiveness
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- Willing to relocate to Makassar
- Minimum of 3 years experience working within the scope of sales, sales training, learning and development, corporate training, financial and insurance training
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and public speaking skills
