Midtrans strives to develop a better payment solutions for the eCommerce industry. Business Acquisition in Midtrans plays an important role to acquire and start partnerships with local and global eCommerce business players.
What will you do?
Business Acquisition in Midtrans will assist the Business Department in acquisition functions, including end-to-end management and execution of all merchants' contractual assets that help drive the company's key business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze potential clients, develop strategic planning on how to penetrate to the potential clients and aggressively initiate client engagement from its end
- Acquire potential strategic clients with support in all aspects of initializing deal execution, including prioritization of partners, strategic and product assessment, transaction structuring, and negotiation
- Conduct sales meetings on a regular basis
- Develop a strong understanding of the internet industry and be the first person that a partner seeks for inquiries
- Work closely with the Business Expansion and Partnerships teams to ensure rapport and collaboration with new strategic potential clients
- Responsible for administrative duties, such as preparing reports, preparing price quotes and maintaining the entire agreements and forms
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication or related academic area
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management or other related areas is mandatory. Prior experience in e-commerce will be a plus point
- Experience in managing a team would be preferable
- Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others (both in English and Bahasa)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Proven ability to maintain projects and maintain effective relations with partners
- Ability to analyze, planning and execute on the end-to-end sales cycle
