Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Midtrans strives to develop better payment solutions for the eCommerce industry. Business Expansion in Midtrans is crucial for expanding growth of our existing eCommerce merchants.

What will you do?

You will assist the Business Department in expansion functions, including analyzing and managing the growth of specific, existing eCommerce merchants and/or projects in the online industry. You will engage with our partners and clients to grow their business volume and have better sustainability in the industry. You will also be the bridge of communication for our partners and clients whenever we launch new products by preparing sales presentation on a regular basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and be the lead point of contact for specific existing accounts and/or projects
  • Follow through on clients' progress and perform scheduled periodic visits to clients
  • Conduct sales presentation to all clients on an agreed-upon and consistent basis
  • Administer troubleshooting actions related to integration and payment issues
  • Responsible for administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, preparing price quotes and maintaining the entire agreements and forms

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication, or related academic area
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or account and project management
  • Willingness to go out of office for conducting presentations and meetings
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office software especially Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use hard data and metrics to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationship with customers
