Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Working with internal & external team to push brand building and brand development
- Deep understanding of the brand's marketing and business strategy
- Define the business problem, gather insights and come up with strategy to meet the business objective
- Develop tactical and always on marketing campaign
- Proper briefing includes defining challenges or a problem, understanding of target audience, give clear objection and what to measure
- Maintain and maximaise the utilisation of all GO-FOOD channels, including in app, online and offline assets
- Work closely with different stakeholders to come up with 360 integrated plan.
- Project Management : Always meet deadline, follow strict timeline, clear projection and documentation
- Able to use marketing reporting tools to review the results of the campaign and take a corrective action towards it.
- Work with ownership mentality and belonging to the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing Communication, Public Relation or other related majors
- 8 years experienced in marketing or marketing-related fields (e.g., communications, brand management, public relations, event management), ideally in creative industry / agency
- Strong experience with online and offline marketing
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
