Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for GO-FRESH operational from shipping to the product received by the merchant.
- Manage complaints and responsible for carrying out operational SOP.
- Carry out initiatives for operating cost efficiency.
- Communicate operational issue with all team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolve problems and complaints.
- Review and approve all operation budget & ensure they are submitted for payment.
- Work closely with the sourcing team to perform analysis (service level) or our supplier, ensure the supplier cooperative to deliver the order on time and have no problems.
- Work closely with Head of Operation to set and or implement policies procedures and system and to follow through with implementation.
- Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all process remain the complaint with government regulation.
- Control performance driver and monitor KPIs driver.
- Responsible for all aspect of vehicle and equipment needed.
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Computer literacy (Ms.excel, Ms.word, Ms.powerpoint, etc)
- Good knowledge of operations management
- Proven work experience as operations Junior Manager/Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills
