Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide data and insight into customer behavior and find growth hacking opportunity (i.e. RFM, memory-based reasoning, network analysis, NLP, sentiment analysis, optimization analysis, etc.) for regional leaders.
- Invent, build, and Improve metrics that helps Regional Growth team achieve its goals.
- Report ongoing & upcoming Regional Growth project.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have at least 5 years of experience in related field.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Computer Science.
- Have working experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Computer Science with proficiency in BigQuery, Postgres, MySQL, data modeling, and advanced statistical analysis to gather insights.
- Ability to extract third party/public data and combine it with internal data to find growth hacking opportunity.
- excellent analytical, synthesizing internal-external information and great presentation skill.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & proficient in spoken and written English.
- Willing to be relocated to Semarang.
