In-App Content Analyst

Ideal candidates have good business acumen, are highly technical, and have great communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Draw insights from GOJEK data and make recommendations on contents to be made and communication strategy based on GOJEK users’ behavior and preferences.
• Collaborate with analysts from other product/function to draw better insights.
• Design and analyze content experiments using best practices from academia.
• Perform exploratory data analysis using SQL.
• Present interesting findings to the team to drive business and communication decision.
• Be the center of excellence for the team’s experimentation practice.
• Develop dashboards to track KPIs.
• Create reports of the team’s initiatives performances.
