Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan and execute all regional marketing initiatives including ATL, BTL, Digital
- Responsible to increase awareness, drive trial, increase growth of booking and completed order of GO-LIFE product in those areas to achieve its targets effectively
- Collaborate with Product Marketing team to develop localize marketing strategy align with local insight and market needs for each region
- Collaborate with Strategic Planner and Creative Lead to developed compelling value propositions and design campaign framework
- Ensuring the marketing operations are conducted properly. Monitor important business metrics and performance analytics of product marketing campaigns
- Maintain relationship with exisiting customers, partners, local media, local communities, and influencers in the respective areas
- Evaluate and possess knowledge of competitive trends, market dynamics for the respective area. To gather insights to formulate and improve marketing strategy
- Collaborate with GO-JEK Regional Marketing and GO-LIFE Regional Operation at each region in ensuring alignment between supply and demand
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
- Had a working experience as a marketing communication or area manager in electronics, FMCG, telco, or tobacco company
- Having great passion to grow together and be a part of the team that delivers impactful results
- Motivated self starter, Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, Agile and able to work quickly in a constantly evolving competitive landscape
- Perfect understanding of local knowledge and ability to understand customer behavior and expectations
- Combination of strong analytical and strategic thinking with solid experience on handling ATL and BTL execution
