Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a data driven person with strong business aptitude to:
- Support the CEO Office team in framing business problems; finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic business issues
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research and analysis necessary in developing recommendations for GEG leadership
- Prepare and finalise, among others: investment/partnership proposal, process mapping and business process improvement, performance dashboard, etc.
- Act as PMO for multiple projects across GEG
- Monitor the overall performance of relevant stakeholders
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Finance/Business or other quantitative discipline
- Min 1 year experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or other analytical field
- Exposure to both strategy and operations side of business is preferred
- Business Intelligence and Data Science background is preferred
- Basic understanding of experiment design and financial modelling
- Experience in technology industry preferred
- Adaptable, agile, and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic, discreet of sensitive information, and proven track record working in teams
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, particularly with PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to details
- Ability to work well under pressure with high level of drive
