Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage brand’s social media accounts (daily and campaigns)
- Identify content to post
- Work with content writer, designer and project team to produce content
- Schedule all posts to the various networks
- Monitor and respond to comments and enquiries, engage in dialogues where its appropriate
- Proactively engage with followers and relevant communities
- Provide insights on what content will work well on social media
- Identify brand’s KOL, ambassador candidates
- Work with teams across the organization to ensure success (KPI)
- Become ‘the bridge’ to support on-going communication between brand and its consumer
- Monitoring social media trends
- Track and observe new tools, trends and application
- Involve in all phases of social media activity from brainstorm, execution, and also observation to gain insights.
