Marketing Specialist | Digital Marketing  

• Assists in the conceptualization and execution of communication assets for various digital marketing programs and promotions for, but not limited to, brand eCommerce website, marketplaces (Lazada, Zalora, Shopee and other marketplace platforms, seasonal creative/brand assets for online stores, digital creative assets & consumer promotions support.
• Assists in the conceptualization and execution of digital activations tied to product highlight including, but not limited to brand eCommerce website, marketplaces (Lazada, Zalora, Shopee and other marketplace platforms), seasonal creative/brand assets for online stores, digital creative assets & consumer promotions support
• Handles all online store requirements for visual and brand initiatives of all ecommerce platforms.
• Takes initiative to create digital content for social media and ecommerce marketplaces with a keen-eye for detail and
• Develops online store, marketplace & brand experience initiatives and assets to engage potential an existing consumers.
• Ensures that all accounts adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of visual marketing activity, company policies and procedures as well as government regulations covering retail ads and promotions.
• Ensures that all requirements for digital marketing initiatives on eCommerce are prepared, including but not limited to preparing DTI applications, creative assets adhere to size requirements and promotions adhere to each marketplace platform’s guidelines.
• Constantly in communication with the marketing team at-large to ensure that brand visual concepts and execution are aligned with the global guidelines.
• Handles other Digital Marketing ad hoc projects that may be assigned.
• Reports to the Head of Digital Marketing.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any of the following: Business/Administration/Management: Major in Marketing , &/or Advertising
• Highly creative and has excellent verbal and written communication skills (Excellent use of English both written and verbal is a must)
• Proven ability to identify and analyze market segments and niches by creating strategies to target them.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present ideas, concepts clearly to all people
• Track record of success in implementing Marketing Campaigns (Managing Coordinators) and programs/ designs tested for the end user in a retail setting and applying them to stores to generate better brand awareness and sales.
• Working knowledge of both Brand and Category Management a distinct advantage
• Strong Social, Networking, Negotiations and Collaboration skills is a must
• Good knowledge in printing, advertising, and business communications
• Must be knowledgeable and will be in charge of all Social Media Accounts to build awareness for all the company brands using ex. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, especially in online selling etc..
• Must have basic knowledge in Creative Designing using Photoshop and web development.
