Main responsibilities

• Create and maintain a world-class candidate tracking database.
• Perform lead generation and data entry.
• Maintain quality control.

**This position is critical to the success of the organization.

• Experience in using an applicant tracking system is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• A proven track record of being a star-performer.
• Passionate about learning and developing as a person.
• Willing to work either on day shift or a night shift, depending on the requirements of the projects.
• Willing to work in Makati City for an initial period, and then can work from home.
