Main Responsibilities
The Finance Analyst will be taking on a multi-faceted role that offers a wide variety of responsibilities and opportunities including:
- Project management – Collaborate with the finance and operations team on ad hoc projects; help balance multiple initiatives
- Reporting and tracking – Develop detailed reports to provide leadership with the visibility needed to make decisions that shape the strategic direction of the organization
- Database administration – Utilize our CRM, accounting system, and time reporting systems to support general finance and operations functions; analyze existing processes, suggest improvements, and help with back-end reconfiguration
- Accounting - Reconcile and maintain financial records, including Accounts Receivable and invoicing duties
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any Business related courses
- CPA a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, general Excel formulas)
- Experience working with PowerPoint, QuickBooks Online, or SalesForce a plus
- Able to drive projects and process improvements
- Applicants must be passionate about learning and developing as a person
- Applicants must be willing to work on a night shift
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati
