- Taking phone calls from customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Be willing to work on Dayshift, Nightshift or Shifting schedule
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a high school diploma
- Know how to use a computer
- Call Center experience is a plus but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Know how to speak English
- Be flexible with working hours
