Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Taking incoming calls and responding to customer emails
- Answering questions about the product or service
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Knows how to use a computer
- With or without call center experience
- Must know how to speak English
- Basic data entry and typing skills
- Willing to start immediately (1-day process!)
- Office Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
